HELP & FAQ

A few questions,
clear answers.

Choose the right edition, understand the workflows, and test your form before publishing.

What can I use today?

Free supports enquiries, simple estimates and saved applications. Pro adds advanced pricing, documents, routing, integrations and staff operations.

Should I start with Free or Pro?

Start with Free for the three core workflows. There is no required signup, vendor account, attribution or Pro activation. Add Pro when you need its advanced tools; every Pro plan has the same feature package.

What changed in 0.11.14?

Newsletter and webhook requests now use the WordPress HTTP API with the existing destination, TLS and request-size protections. Delivery history respects each staff member’s permitted entries, and protected actions have clearer nonce and permission checks. Pro 0.11.14 requires Free 0.11.14 or later. Read the release notes.

How do I update?

Back up files and database and test your setup before updating. Update Free first, then matching Pro, without uninstalling. Mixed pairs pause affected work. Review saved forms, jobs, recipients and active draft links after updating. Reinstalling an old ZIP does not undo a data migration.

Are editor drafts the same as saved applications?

No. Private working designs protect published forms. Visitor save/resume explicitly saves eligible answers and attachments with an expiring private link. Both are available in Free, with different privacy and storage controls.

Can I buy a plan?

Paid checkout remains closed. Annual advertised prices, renewal terms and installation allowances are unchanged. Each distinct WordPress installation uses a seat. Downloads create no purchase or support subscription.

Do the examples send my answers?

The homepage and playground examples keep values only in page memory. They do not submit to WordPress or a provider. The website’s separate optional newsletter controls retain their own consent and confirmation flow.

What happens if a notification fails?

The committed entry remains in WordPress. Free mail and newsletter queues use bounded retries and revision/consent checks; Pro extends this to advanced connections. A provider response or mail acceptance is not verified receipt.

What leaves WordPress?

Only enabled actions send their configured fields to the chosen service. Basic Brevo/MailerLite subscription requires a separate optional marketing checkbox. Pro can send mapped data to HubSpot, Slack or a signed webhook. No plugin-use analytics go to KillerConversions.

What should I check on my site?

Test the form with your theme, cache, host file limits, mail transport and intended providers. Review retention, permissions and consent. Copied-site protection cannot identify an unchanged site identity. No universal hosting, inbox or accessibility guarantee is claimed.

Can visitors add another set of answers?

Yes. Free supports repeatable groups for ordinary text, email, number, date and dropdown answers. Each form supports three groups, with ten rows and six questions per group. JavaScript is required. Nested groups, repeated uploads, consent and pricing or conditional dependencies are unsupported. Set up repeatable questions.
